We have received request for 4 requirements to support Workday/ADP Vantage
Requirements at Bank of the West. Customer is looking for four (4) resources to
assist Bank in mapping ADP Vantage to Workday. We need the following
resources: 2 - HCM/Payroll; 1 - Benefits and Comp and 1 for Employee Relations.
This is an urgent requirement.
Below is the JD for the requirement.
Assist with the performance of payroll staff processing payroll utilizing the
ADP Vantage system. Identify processes needed to incorporate strong leadership
and accountability to Payroll team
Maintain the established system of controls over payroll such that all
employees are paid accurately and on time between ADP Vantage and WorkDay
Work closely with HR and Payroll teams (and any additional teams as needed) to
review any issues and concerns. Identify and implement plans to manage defined
issues going forward and develop communication plan for ongoing processes and
issues
Identify potential areas for implementing internal controls and auditing of
ADP Vantage and Workday system and processing services for compliance
Identify additional training needs and work with ADP Vantage and WorkDay
resources to ensure training is scheduled and attended, if applicable. In
addition, provide one on one training to Payroll teams as applicable
Review and update or make recommendations to change existing payroll
documentation, as time allows
Make recommendations on short and long term goals for department success,
including updating existing job descriptions as needed if changes to roles and
responsibilities are identified
Maintain and enforce the current developed documentation and enforce the
current payroll policies and procedures
Review current ADP Vantage and WorkDay system reporting processes and identify
changes to existing reports or addition of new reports, if applicable and as
time allows
Report to client management any identified areas of concern as well as process
improvement recommendations for accuracy and efficiency
Requirements/Planning Phase
Assist with the process of gathering needs & requirements, serving as a
liaison between Workday and Client to ensure accurate and timely delivery of
information
Provide system expertise and best practice recommendations for system setup
Provide functional Payroll, HR and system expertise in reviewing current HR
and Payroll manual and automated processes, recommending changes and best
practices as needed to meet Client?s business requirements and strategy
Review existing data elements specific to HR requirements and tracking. Make
recommendations on data conversion methodology
Assist with definition of reporting requirements and interface planning,
identifying data needs required in Payroll/HR system
Assist with data conversion planning recommendations and coordination of data
gathering from individual company systems
Help to coordinate planning with outside Workdays/third parties concerning all
HRIS/HR interface requirements gathering
