Full-time Snr Compensation Analyst, PAYS $34/HR

Snr Compensation Analyst needs 5+ years of experience in job evaluation and market pricing, strong analytical skills,
Snr Compensation Analyst requires:
 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources or a related field.
 Certified Compensation Professional, CCP is desirable
 Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills as well as intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required.
 Experience with Callidus and ICPS compensation systems along with HFM / OneStream financial systems preferred
Snr Compensation Analyst duties:
 Primarily will study and analyze all job levels within the organization, prepare job descriptions, evaluate jobs using established evaluation plan(s), determine grade and prepare documentation of the evaluation.
 May also work on other compensation initiatives such as annual merit, incentive (sales and broad-based) administration and WorkDay implementation..
