Research America Inc. (RAI) is a nationwide, full service market research firm. We design, conduct and analyze market research and public opinion studies for Fortune 500 companies, global brands, cities and municipalities, government agencies, and political campaigns. Data collection for our Market Research Studies is conducted online and by phone via surveys. Additionally, we conduct qualitative research online, by phone and in person via focus groups and in-depth interviews.

Our Call Center Team is an important and valued part of our operations. Agents conduct outbound calls to consumers, customers, community members and voters to complete surveys. Agents will read a survey script verbatim and record responses accurately within our online survey platform. Agents are required to meet daily call and survey completion quotas.

This is not a telemarketing position, and there is no selling involved.

RAI conducts surveys in many languages. Agents who are fluent in multiple languages (with special emphasis on Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin and Korean) are strongly encouraged to apply.
