(OTR) COMPANY DRIVERS paid by Cents Per Mile Plan, All Miles Included!!!

Solo Drivers are paid from 0.70$ and up
Team Drivers are paid from 0.75$ and up

Drivers working under Cents Per Mile Plan being paid additionally for:
100$ for Partial Load
100$ for Extra Stop
100$ for Layover per Day due to Weather Conditions

(OTR) COMPANY DRIVER: (PERCENTAGE)

(OTR) company drivers paid Percentage From Gross Plan is based on Performance and Development Plan
Solo Drivers are paid from 25% up to 30% from Weekly Gross Income
Team Drivers are paid from 32% up to 35% from Weekly Gross Income
100$ for Layover per Day due to Weather Conditions
