Full-time Financial Customer Service/Recovery Specialist

No experience in collections? No problem! We will start you off with paid training on State and Federal laws pertaining to collections and how to use our state of the art software application, plus innovative ideas and techniques on investigation, negotiation and dispute resolution.

What we are looking for:

Some experience in Customer Service, Sales or Collections.
Love achieving competitive targets and individual goals.
Problem solving and keen attention to detail.
Great negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen with respect and empathy.
Moderate typing and computer skills. If you haven’t worked in an office before and that’s ok, we’ll teach you our systems but you need to be comfortable being on a computer all day.
Strong Work Ethic.
Positive Attitude and Flexibility.
Ability to Adapt to Change.
Ability to maintain a consistent, full time work, schedule.
Bi-lingual Spanish a plus!
Responsibilities Include:

Training consumers on how they can resolve their debt and we can be a helpful resolution to their obligation.
Outbound/Inbound Calls.
Negotiating Payment Terms and problem solving.
Data Entry and Comprehension.
Bring a Positive and Competitive Attitude every day.
