About the role

At ApyHub, we have a simple purpose: to be the place that software developers go to when they look for efficiency & simplicity. Your role will be to help us build and maintain a vibrant community of software engineers, developers and engineering teams and then act as the voice of ApyHub within this community.

You will work directly with our marketing and management team to set the tone for our community support, content distribution, and digital engagement to build brand presence and trust, both online and in-person. In more detail, you will:

- Build and execute the developer community strategy for ApyHub
- Design and develop content that will help our users make the best out of their ApyHub experience
- Connect with and grow our community through moderating and engaging on various platforms, social media and forums
- Design and execute data-driven action plans for developing and growing new Community building programs, and constantly evaluating existing programs
- Coordinate with product and development to promote and support the community feedback within the platform and product roadmap
- Regularly curate developer-focused content to be published through newsletters and other media
- Host webinars to our dev community


You will be a strong candidate if…

- You have experience and you are passionate about leading or establishing (tech) communities
- You love to help others succeed
- You love and enjoy writing
- You have some knowledge of software development methodologies, tools and languages
- You have experience and you are comfortable with public speaking as well as building 1-1 relationships with community members
- You have the ability to take the initiative and work independently while at the same time knowing how to ask for help when you get blocked
- You are a data driven and analytical mindset, always willing to re-evaluate and course correct when needed
- You are fun to work with, attention to detail and you are able to effectively communicate and articulate your thoughts with users, Product Managers, Architects and other stakeholders
- You enjoy challenges and you strive in environments with evolving priorities and dynamics
- You are social media savvy
- You have some start up experience
