Our client is hiring a Class A Owner/Operator Truck Driver to join a rapidly expanding team at their startup trucking company. This person must own/operate their own semitruck an maintain up to date insurance.

The Class A Owner/Operator Truck Driver will map and safely operate routes to transport goods. They will be responsible for complying with all ICC and DOT regulations, ensuring successful delivery of products to clients.

Focus:
Comply with all ICC, DOT, and company rules and regulations.
Load and unload company trucks and trailers.
Deliver consumer goods to the assigned destinations in a timely and damage-free manner.
Operate and drive equipment safely and according to company standards.
Maintain professional conduct in every interaction with the clients and/or the public.

Skill Set:
4+ years of proven experience in commercial truck driving.
Possess a valid Class A CDL license and maintain appropriate insurance.
Including no violations in the past 3 years, and an accident-free record.
Must pass a background and drug test prior to employment.
Skilled in route planning and reading.
Possess great physical and mental stamina and focus during long driving shifts.
Ability to pick-up, ensure security of, and deliver goods in a timely manner, including completing paperwork with vendors at delivery destinations.
Work independently to track, document, and report driving/working hours.
Operate equipment such as electrical lifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks as necessary to assist with unloading.
