Senior Analyst, Employee Relations

Respond to wide range of general or basic employee relations issues, performance management issues and ethics concerns within established policy and practices under moderate to close guidance. Under close to moderate supervision, may serve as partner to senior Employee Relations team on all type of case matters. Responds to general or basic employee relations issues raised via the ethics hotline from employees and non-employees, anonymous or non-anonymous sources, or at request of senior team members. Works with moderate to close guidance depending on the issue. Recommends a resolution or response to the workplace issue and coordinates with the appropriate parties (including senior staff) when action is required. Works directly with senior team members with moderate to close guidance to address general employee relations issues raised by managers or employees. Partners with managers regarding guidance, up to and including implementation of Corrective Action, for general/basic employee relations issues. Escalates high-risk employee issues and employee workplace incidents and/or security threats to more senior team members. Initiates contact with legal counsel as needed under the guidance of senior Employee Relations staff. Accurately assesses the level of legal intervention needed, especially in cases of employee termination. Coordinates termination situations with involved parties and may present evidence for termination. Serves as a resource and advises on general/basic policy application and process/practice implementation. Requires an eye for detail as will be required to draft official letters and write enquiry reports with moderate to close guidance from senior ER staff or legal counsels, prepare tracking reports for dashboards etc. on PPT. No direct reports, contributes to the achievement of Employee Relations objectives within a line of business.
Experience in Employee Relations or in an HR advisor role in a good organization from similar or services industry is preferred.
