Job Details:
This role will be part of the People Analytics, Operations, and Technology team within Human Resources. The onboarding process is critical to ensuring the success of our new joiners, while also supporting technology and hiring managers.
Serving as the Onboarding Analyst, the role will be responsible for taking a proactive approach with the Onboarding process, ensuring that all New Joiners and Hiring Managers are equipped with the necessary tools. This includes:
• Verifying onboarding cases are generated as expected in ServiceNow
• Monitoring the progress of account and technology provisioning
• Conducting investigations of system delays and informing the necessary stakeholders
• Coordinating and leading working sessions to troubleshoot issues as they occur
• Drive issue identification and resolution from beginning stages through completion
• Driving continuous improvement using both qualitative and quantitative data
This role will require coordination with operations teams responsible for service delivery. This is a global role working across all geographies.
Critical success Factors for the Job
Relevant Experience
• Ability to multitask while working with stakeholders across multiple functions or businesses
• Track record of successful issue resolution
• Process driven and able to fully understand the back-end HR, IT, and business processes that support onboarding
• Good oral and written communication to manage Global interactions
• Excellent track record of communication, preferably in a Global role
• Some experience in an HR operations or Project Management role is preferable
• Experience in working with cross functional teams
