Involved in Providing email support for Technical queries.
Handling inbound / emails / chats resolving queries,trouble Shooting
Proficient in Understanding customer issues and should be good in excel and written English.


Eligibility

(0-2) years of experience with good skills and fluency in English .
Should be flexible with rotational shifts.
Any graduate or Undergraduate with basic technical knowledge and minimum 0 to 2 years work experience.
