Detailed Job Description:
Strong experience in Zuora modules (Billing, Revenue, Pricing, Payments, Subscriptions) implementation & production support areas
Maintain product knowledge of new functionality and compliance changes
Manage coding and design for enhancements, coordinating new releases, Provide technical expertise on the Zuora platform and integration technologies
Design and validate that the proposed solution architecture supports the business requirements
Review technical team deliverables for compliance with architecture standards, guidelines and leverages best practices
Analyze, track and resolve customer issues in a prompt manner to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
Prioritize based on severity and customer impact
Handle sensitive escalation issues and conflicting/competing priorities
Monitor and manage application and back - end batch processes to ensure application uptime requirements and SLA compliance
Identify areas of complexity when gathering requirements and propose technical solutions.
Articulate and present different point of views on various technologies
Present Architecture deliverables such as ecosystem and Integration diagrams, ERD, Business Process Flows, Swim lanes, Visio and Mock-ups
Minimum years of experience: >10 years
