Warehouse Goods Selector
at A1 Staffing and Recruiting Agency in Oklahoma
JOB OBJECTIVES (Purpose of the position):
Select finished goods from stock bins to fill customer orders.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Enter invoice number into personal scanner.
2. Identify items by item numbers, item quantity and proper box by viewing screen.
3. Transfer order onto cart to be moved to next work station.
4. Maintain and clean assigned aisle (subject to audit by 5S Lead)
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Marginal tasks performed on this job):
1. Inform others of abnormal conditions (depleted stock, duplicate items on orders, incorrect identification of product).
2. Must be able to interact with employees in a professional manner at all times.
JOB STANDARDS (Minimum qualifications needed to perform essential job functions):
1. Able to stand for ten hour shift.
2. Able to lift 50 pounds.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS (needed to perform this job specifically):
1. Basic math and reading
2. Basic verbal communication skills.
3. Good hand/eye coordination.
EQUIPMENT (Machines, devices, tools, personal protective equipment, etc., used on this job):
bar code scanner, safety shoes
