Full-time Management Analyst #2827

at Three Saints Bay, LLC in United States Of America

Kiliuda Consulting, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and government contracting industry leader is looking for a Management Analyst to support the National Cancer Institute (NCI), Office of Acquisitions in Rockville, MD.



Responsibilities:

Provide analysis and advisory support to coordinate and optimize all administrative tasks
Assess processes and procedures to recommend improvements where needed
Gather information from different branches/points of contact and summarize information for Directors
Create tracking mechanisms for item in-progress
Monitor office-wide email inbox, phone line and internal communications to serve as main Point of Contact for NCI, Office of Acquisitions.
Compile data to create and prepare graphs, slide and presentations for upper management
Generate reports and organizing data to assist with analysis and presentation of data
Monitor progress on acquisition office performance quality indicators on an ongoing basis to brief Directors
Track procurement lead times, contract close-outs, contractor performance assessment completions, and deobligations of unused funds from contracts
Categorize, route and maintain acquisition related documents in NCI systems
Assist with budget management, including preparing and tracking requests for office spending, managing inventory, and order of office supplies, and managing equipment and furniture needs
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of office staff
Investigate and problem solve issues that arise regarding office management
Track status and progress of quality indicators as well as various workflows
Recommend and develop office procedures that will provide organizational efficiencies
Maintain calendars and schedules to set up meetings or training sessions
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, action items/training materials after meetings as well as arrange and prepare presentations
Coordinate and manage shipping, such as sending of, retrieving and destruction of files from the Federal Records Center
Intake, review, document and approve invoices and deliverables
Assist with tracking of government property


Requirements:

US Citizen
Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Bachelors Degree in a related field (business/management, communications, data analysis)
Three years related experience
Excellent MS Office Suite skills
Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
Experience w/ teleconference platforms (WebEx, MS Teams, Zoom)
Excellent attention to detail
Position is located in Rockville, MD
