GVI, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Mechanicsburg, PA,supporting our DoD customer.

Essential skills and abilities – successful candidate must have the following:

Strong verbal and technical writing skills
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance
Ability to gather, structure, and analyze large volumes of data from disparate sources
Knowledge of the fundamental pillars of mathematics including linear algebra, probability, and statistics
Strong data visualization skills
Ability to interact with team members both virtually and in-person
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently
Additional knowledge, skills and abilities – successful candidate will have at least 3 of the following:

Knowledge of wholesale and retail supply chain analysis (ideally with SCOR Model Methodology)
Knowledge of Logistics Support Analysis (LSA)
Ability to develop data-driven logistics program should-cost estimates
Experience supporting DoD Maritime Weapons Systems Programs
Proficient with statistical software and systems such as SQL, Tableau, R, VBA, Python and the ability to learn new software/systems
Demonstrated knowledge of mathematical modeling
Ability to develop and modify work procedures, methods, and processes to improve efficiency
Position Requirements:

United States Citizenship.
Secret Clearance.
Relevant Bachelors Degree or higher from a Department of Education Accredited University or College.
Must be able to pass a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
Must have a valid United States Driver’s License.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Position located in Mechanicsburg, PA.
