 Minimum 3 years Software Development experience on the ServiceNow Platform
 Minimum of 3+ years building web applications with JavaScript, REST, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.
 ServiceNow Platform Development, Administration, Configuration and Upgrades
 ServiceNow JavaScript (Client Scripts, UI/Data Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs)
 Agent Workspace, Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence
 ITIL/ITSM Processes Framework (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request, etc.)
 ServiceNow Catalog development with advanced/data-driven workflows
 ServiceNow Database/Table Structure
 Agile development process
 ServiceNow Certified Administrator / Application Developer
 The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing enhancements to custom applications, ITSM processes, and integrations while ensuring best practices are followed
 Strong skills in JavaScript, Workflow/Flow Designer, and excellent communication skills.
