Role:  QA Automation Architect



Must Have:
Programming Language:  Java/Python/C#  (Any one Object Oriented Programming
Language)
Scripting Language : Groovy /YAML/Shell Scripting & PL/SQL scripting (Any one
scripting language)
Frameworks: Cucumber/Behave BDD /Test NG TDD,Selenium/Robot Framework (Any one
framework)
Databases: DB2/Oracle/ Sql Server, Teradata, Mongo , Hive, Dynamo DB etc. (Any
one relational and  One NoSQL DBMS)
CICD Tools: Jenkins, Ansible, GIT, uDeploy
Test & Project Management : Zephy, Jira
Utility Tools: Postman/SoapUI, Putty-WinSCP, Toad Data Point

Good to Have:
Automation Tools: UFT
Cloud: AWS / Openshift Container Platforms/Docker (Any One)
Service Virtualization: Microfocus- Service Virtulization
Batch Processing: IBM IWS

 

 


? Participates in the innovation process representing customer insights/needs,
brainstorming/out of the box thinking to identify solutions, developing
concepts and launching/ monitoring pilots and results
? Design, develop, and implement test automation frameworks to support the
overall regression and in sprint testing strategy. Also, focus on
standardization and adoption across the business line
? Guide other automation engineers on framework development while
collaborating on assessing other technologies within the test automation space
in an effort to continually grown and improve our capabilities in this area
? Leads and manages a team of test automation engineers
? Be a subject matter expert, working side by side with delivery teams in
framework usage and improvement of automation coverage within their respective
applications
? Review requirements and provide input to improve test automation framework
effectiveness, integration and usability
? Work on different technology stacks with leading edge industry tools in
automation, in tandem with the Product owner, Leadership and Agile teams to
provide technical guidance on implementation
? Participate in the development and support of the testing program aimed at
supporting multiple testing efforts simultaneously
? Integrate test automation into the Continuous Integration/Continuous
Delivery approach
? Expertise working on Test Automation Framework on Cloud i.e. AWS, OpenShift
Container Platform
? Produce metrics to show the value and savings enabled by test automation
