Ghostrock, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager with experience supporting undersea surveillance systems and testing/evaluation of shipboard systems requirements to join our team in San Diego, CA.



Position Responsibilities:

Provides program management and oversight of Ghostrock personnel in support of the Southern California (SOCAL) Fleet Operational Readiness Division, San Diego Detachment of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division, Keyport.
Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
Participate in periodic meetings with NUWC CO or COR.
Ensures work meets performance objectives, standards, and schedule.
Proactively identify issues/problems and recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of issues/problems.
Position Requirements:

US Citizen.
Currently possess an Active Federal Secret Clearance or higher.
Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical or Managerial related field.
Ten (10) years’ professional experience in Technical Program/Project Management with projects of increasing complexity and shall reflect demonstrated abilities in managing a diverse mix of technical requirements
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification desired.
