Three Saints Bay, LLC is searching for a Senior Accountant to support the day to day accounting functions at your headquarters in Manassas, VA.

Position Responsibilities:

Researching and preparing monthly journal entries, including month end accruals and managing the monthly close process
Review and post accounts payable vouchers and accounts receivable cash receipts
Preparing and reviewing account reconciliations and analysis
Assist in performing monthly bank reconciliations, verifying all deposits, addressing question and problems from banking institutions
Review/Analyze revenue, cost of goods sold, profit margin
Maintain fixed assets schedule
Assist with year-end audits, preparation of month-end financial statements
Providing support for internal audits and various information requests with customers
Ensuring receipt of accurate and timely information and the analysis required for management to monitor revenue, expenses and variance to budget
Prepares and reviews schedules needed by third party tax provider
Ensuring that all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved
Support with special projects and workflow process improvements
Act as the Concur administrator and troubleshoot any issues
Act as the Credit Card administrator and troubleshoot any issues
Required Education/Skills:

Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field
CPA Eligible
Three plus years’ experience in a government contracting environment
Costpoint experience or similar ERP system preferred
