Concierge Safety Representative needs good general health without physical defects or abnormalities that would interfere with performance of essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Concierge Safety Representative requires:
 Possess binocular vision correctable to 20/30; be able to discriminate standard colors; be capable of hearing ordinary conversation at twenty (20) feet and whispered conversation at ten (10) feet within each ear correctable with the benefit of a hearing aid; be fully capable of performing normal or emergency duties requiring moderate to arduous physical exertion such as:
 Standing or walking for an entire shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
 Climbing stairs and ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
 Running, with or without reasonable accommodation. o Officer should maintain professional standards of personal appearance.
 The standard of appearance of concierge security officer requires that individuals present a neat appearance.
 Skilled at providing a high level of customer service for visitors/employees, protection for occupants, and safeguarding physical property.


Concierge Safety Representative duties:
 Greet, check in, and direct visitors in a professional manner
 Enforce access control and assuring that only authorized personnel enter the building
 Monitor operational procedures and surveillance of assigned areas
 Protecting property from theft, accidents, fire, and other threats
 Control vehicular traffic as appropriate, operate golf cart
 Respond to medical emergencies and calls for assistance
