Job Summary/Description: This position is responsible for providing our customers with superior customer service virtually.
Responsibilities • Make customers feel like family when answering questions and solving problems • Answer any questions the customers may have • Assist Customers in managing their campaigns • Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications • Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees • Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments • Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have • Good communication skills with customers
You must be available from 9 AM-6PM EST (9PM-6AM Jakarta). This is a remote, full time position
