English as Second Language Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of students
• Training students on assigned curriculum related to Soft Skills, Communication Skills, and ESL.
• Develop or modify the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
• Deliver Pre-defined courses and enhance them.
• Interpersonal & motivational skills
• Assess training effectiveness if needed organize refreshers.
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes and are updated.
• Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in student development
• Guiding students on High energy level and ability to engage with students and establish quick connects.
Desired Candidates Profile:
• UG / PG: Any Graduate / PG - Any Specialization
• Possess effective communication skills
• Self-Motivated and Team Player
• Experience of classroom teaching/training.
