Ghostrock LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an experienced Senior Afloat and Ashore Network Engineer/Lead in San Diego, CA!

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provides support for virtualization and cloud technologies.

· Provides support for Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), CISCO Adaptive Security Appliance and CISCO Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) administration.

· Reads and interprets technical documents including drawings, manuals, procedures, and other related documentation.

· Provides support for Navy Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES); C4ISR systems specific to Navy Network Operations Centers (NOCs); and Tier III and IV network maintenance for Navy ship to shore networks.

· Provides systems level engineering for Navy network systems.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· US Citizen.

· Security Clearance: Eligible for a TOP SECRET clearance (i.e., must hold a current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) that has been adjudicated to Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) -704 standards within five years). Possible requirement to upgrade clearance level to TOP SECRET/SCI.

· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information System or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant degree.

· Certifications (not all inclusive):

o Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT)

o Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing & Switching (CCNP R&S)

· Experience:

o Working knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies.

o Working knowledge of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), CISCO Adaptive Security Appliance and CISCO Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) administration.

o Must be able to read and interpret technical documents including drawings, manuals, procedures, and other related documentation.

o Four (4) years of working knowledge of Navy Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES).

o Four (4) years of working knowledge with C4ISR systems specific to Navy Network Operations Centers (NOCs) or DoD equivalent operation centers.

o Four (4) years of Tier III and IV network maintenance experience with Navy ship to shore networks or relevant DoD network architectures.

o Systems level engineering expertise of Navy network systems.

o Deployable to support Navy operational requirements, Navy exercises and other SPAWAR FRD specific projects.
