Ghostrock LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an experienced Senior Command, Control & Intelligence Engineer/Lead in San Diego, CA!

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provides operation and maintenance of Common Operational Picture (COP) network interfaces and associated Navy-specific tactical data links and database structure.

· Provides support for afloat and ashore Navy C4ISR systems.

· Provides support for Navy shipboard Combat Systems networking, Command and Control Warfare Systems and the Global Command and Control System - Maritime (GCCS-M) AN/USQ-119E(V).

· Provides support for the execution of communication plans to include frequency administration/allocation and troubleshooting RF mediums and tactical data networks between Navy platforms and terrestrial communication stations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· US Citizen.

· Security Clearance: Adjudicated SECRET (Tier 3) clearance within the past six (6) years. Possible requirement to upgrade clearance level to TOP SECRET.

· Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology or related degree. Bachelor’s degree may be substituted with six (6) years of direct experience with the operation and maintenance of Common Operational Picture (COP) network interfaces and associated Navy-specific tactical data links and database structure.

· Experience:

o Working knowledge of afloat and ashore Navy C4ISR systems.

o Working knowledge of Navy shipboard Combat Systems networking, Command and Control Warfare Systems and the Global Command and Control System - Maritime (GCCS-M) AN/USQ-119E(V).

o Six (6) years of experience with execution of communication plans to include frequency administration/allocation and troubleshooting RF mediums and tactical data networks between Navy platforms and terrestrial communication stations.
