Job description

As a Working Field Supervisor, you will be challenged with managing all aspects of our service delivery to a diverse customer base throughout our Illinios region. This position requires the ability to work mornings and evenings. MUST be bilingual Spanish/English. Previous management experience in the Janitorial Services or Hospitality Industry would be helpful.
Preferred candidate qualifications include:
-Self-motivated
-Pay keen attention to detail;
-Prepare work with a high level of accuracy
-Be a motivated individual; and be able to work independently, while still being a strong team player.
-Good follow through with tasks meeting all deadlines is a must
-Attention to detail
-Ability to multi-task
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-Ability and willingness to perform other position related task as requested
-A desire to learn and grow
This job is requiring full detail to finding and choosing the right person for a variety of services that we provide.
