Ghostrock LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an experienced Administrative Management Analyst in Arlington, VA!

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform knowledge management for the G-3 Bolte Portal.

· Capture, develop, share and effectively use organizational knowledge to achieve organizational objectives by making the best use of communicating and sharing information within Army Staff organization and stake holders.

· Assist with preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintain and update SOPs and work flows for organization use. Shall monitor suspense dates and maintain contact with the Action Officer (Stakeholder) to provide administrative or process guidance.

· Upon request, provides administrative advice and assistance regarding specialized procedures and terminology, as well as preparation, content, and assembly of actions.

· Edit action documents before final assembly by automated word – processing equipment and computer mail system, when appropriate.

· Monitor and review incoming actions and taskings which originate from a variety of sources to include various levels of the DA Leadership, OSD, Congress, and other agencies outside DoD.

· Collect requirements and forward to the directed agencies.

· Review actions emanating within the Secretariat or the Army Staff, which require a Secretariat decision to assure conformance with established policy or the confirmation of existing signature process policies.

· Makes appropriate recommendations for policy or program change.

· Conducts follow-ups on unique representational requirements to ensure lessons learned are captured for future use.

· On a daily basis, maintains continuity file for all the requirements.

· Recommends which actions and reports re ready for release, and recommends prioritization and reserves of the Director’s review and/or approval highlighting controversial actions or those having significant policy implications.

· Monitor suspense actions throughout the coordination process, if required.

· Ensures, with supervision, all suspense dates/actions are closed out with the appropriate offices consisting of both internal and external stakeholders.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· US Citizen.

· Active Secret Security Clearance or higher.

· Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred.

· Seven to ten (7-10) years of experience at the Army Staff/Joint Staff level.

· Expert in Army Force Management processes.

· Experience as an Organizational Integrator or Force Management Analyst.
