Inventory specialist needs experience with Health Insurance-Medicaid Population, State Programs (Mi Via, Supports Waivers, Self-Directed Care Benefits) a plus
Inventory specialist requires:
 1 year data entry
 Strong communication skills/Attention to Detail
 Ability to Multi-task
 Adaptable to quick priority changes
 Quick learner
 Hours: 8 hour shift- Flexible on hours as long as they are consistent with business hours
 Intermediate skills required- Word, Excel and Outlook.
Inventory specialist duties:
 Inspects enrollment documentation for vendors and employees for completeness and accuracy

 Works with the Manager to collect missing or corrected documentation
 Assist clients with completing paperwork and fingerprinting
 Processes documentation so vendors and employees can set up to be paid
 Problem solves- systematically, using sound business judgement
 Monitors delegated customer service issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution
 Consistently meets established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
 Adapts procedures, processes and techniques to meet the more complex position requirements
 Seeks involvement in continuous quality improvement initiatives
 Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated analytical skills
