Role description and opportunities:

We are looking for an experienced and highly innovative HR business partner to support our HR function globally. Our ideal candidate will have experience with identifying opportunities to continue to evolve our HR team into a world-class team providing the most current solutions to our internal clients. You will work with all levels of the organization, working with our CHRO and leadership team to lead change, taking ideas from inception to execution.

Key responsibilities include the following:

Support key projects using solid project management tools and techniques
Drive change through the function using proven change methodologies and tools
A data-driven and analytical thinker who can leverage metrics and identify trends and can analyze trends and metrics to develop conclusions and recommendations
Partner with colleagues in our CoE’s to lead and execute HR programs (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, Org design, etc.)
Serve as a subject-matter expert for employee-related questions and concerns
Execute our culture strategy and build engagement within our HR community
Qualifications:

Backed by 5+ years of HR experience in corporate settings, supporting various departments; additional experience in global organizations is a bonus
An entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can partner with others to build better solutions
A calm and confident leader, even when managing through ambiguity
A clear, effective communicator who's comfortable presenting at all levels of the organization, including C-suite executives
Strong collaborator and able to build relationships across departments
Advanced knowledge of office products (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of data visualizations tools such as Vizier and Tableau is a preferred
Curiosity to continue to learn and adapt to new tools, methodologies is a must
