Kiliuda Consulting, LLC, as subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader is seeking a Program Manager to support our client in Norfolk, VA.



Responsibilities:

Provide administrative oversight of contractual matters and serves as a liaison between the customer representative and corporate management

Develop contract data deliverables and has oversight of contract schedule and cost

Ensure that all activities conform to the terms and conditions of the contract



Requirements:

US Citizen

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Active Secret Clearance is required, Interim Secret will be acceptable

Ten years of program management experience whichs includes both technical and administrative aspects of Government conteract performance, providing contract data deliverables, and having oversight of contract schedule and cost

Five years of experience managing Federal Government programs/contracts

Experience with administrative oversight of contractual matters and servings as a liaison between the customer representative and corporate management

Experience managing services simultaneously while supporting many projects

Experience organizing resources to support many concurrent activities

Experience ensuring that all activities conform to the terms and conditions of the contract
