Full-time Business Development Manager

at Jobisite in Abuja Federal Capital Territory

Our client operates in the tech industry and is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who will be the first point of contact a new potential client will have with a business when they are seeking information on the products and services the company provides. He/She will be responsible for;

1. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
2. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
3. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
4. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
5. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
6. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
7. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.


Skills & Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
2. Experience in tech sales, marketing or related field.
3. Experience with creating social media strategy.
4. Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
5. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
6. Excellent organizational skills.
7. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
8. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
9. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
