Full-time Remote JR Data Circuit

at Global Channel Management, Inc. in Massachusetts

Data Circuit Tech needs 3-5 years of experience
Data Circuit Tech requires:
 Previous experience in Network Infrastructure and Operations preferred, but not required
 Open to remote and local talent, Marlborough, MA
 Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
 Basic to intermediate Excel skills
 Understand Heatmap of planned location opening
 Ability to manage trackers

Data Circuit Tech duties:
 Prioritize workload based on openings
 Communicate and schedule installs with local carrier
 Investigate alternatives in areas where options for service are limited
 Create Add and Disconnect tickets for data circuits and phone lines for North America and EMEA physical locations (Stores, Distribution Centers, Home-Buying-Retail Offices, Annexes, etc.)
 Add and disconnect data circuit and voice lines in global physical locations

 Runbooks and decision tree documentation provided to support training
