Service Order Dispatcher #2943

Kiliuda Consulting, a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking Service Order Dispatcher to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) facilities in Panama City, Florida.
Qualified candidates will be expected to provide support operating the NSWC PCD One-Call Help Desk.
Responsibilities include but not are limited to:
Operate the NSWC PCD One-Call Help Desk Monday through Friday (excluding Federal Holidays) for 8 hours per day.
Receive, record, and refer or route facilities service requests from NSWC PCD personnel.
Enter and log service requests into networked software programs.
Track and report trends to NSWC PCD management.
Update and maintain tracking spreadsheets.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
U.S. Citizen
SECRET security clearance
High school diploma or equivalent
Three (3) to nine (9) years of related experience
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10 Operating System.
Familiarity with or skill using Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with or skill using MAXIMO software.
Position is located in Panama City, FL
