Site Technician needs 1 year experience in manufacturing environment (engineering, technical sales, management)

Site Technician requires:

 Associates Degree in Engineering, Operations, Chemistry or related field.

 Bachelors Degree is a plus

 Proficient in standard Windows software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Site Technician duties:

 Attend all client department meetings reporting status of all pretreatment washer operations and projects.

 Provide customer service/trouble-shooting at the client locations.

 Order and maintain chemical inventory, reconcile yearend inventory and report monthly chemical usage for proper costing.

 Track and maintain washer chemical usage logs.

 Track and maintain Cost per Unit (CPU) internal reports.

 Collect and submit monthly customer production volumes for proper billing per Cost per Unit (CPU) agreement / contract.

 Conduct technical training classes for client personnel

 Utilize a Process Initiative Program (PIP) to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities identifying qualified cost savings back to customer

 Conduct regular monthly communications with assigned sales engineer updating account status

 Assist assigned sales engineer conduct an annual business review

 Providel standard format pretreatment process manuals and chemical product use instructions per best practices

 Liaison with client site personnel from washer operators to supervisors, department managers, quality managers, EHS managers, divisional vice presidents and purchasing
