Seeking an experienced loan officer with strong real estate and mortgage background; as well, experience managing loan pipelines. Ability to handle competing priorities, simultaneously, under pressure, alongside professionalism with a can-do persona and demeanor is required.

Must have skill-sets:
- High attention to details; multi-tasking, resourcefulness, quick, and creative thinking on-your-feet
- Strong work ethic is mandatory to achieve contract(s) deadlines
- Effective communication skills via multi-channels: email and over-the-phone to clients and agents; a people-person; secretarial expertise
- Social media and writing skills required to correspond to market needs
- Experience reviewing, triaging, and taking 1003 mortgage loan applications (will discuss scenarios to demonstrate competency during interview)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (2010 & later) required: Word, Outlook, and Excel

Ideal Candidates:
- NMLS-certified RMLO
- Real estate or insurance agent background is a plus
- Real estate license is preferred; not required
- Bilingual ok; not required
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- High School Diploma required
- Scheduled in-office hours (CST): Monday-Friday, 8 A.M.-5 P.M. or 9 A.M.-6 P.M.
- Be prepared to have interview within 48 hours of submitting resume, with a start date in mind
Pay based on experience and to be discussed upon assignment offer; laptop will be provided for weekends as needed (remote)/after-hours work
