at Three Saints Bay, LLC in Oklahoma

OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Technical Manager with experience managing electronics engineering activities and supervising a technical staff.

Responsibilities:

The Technical Manager is responsible for the management and performance, and for providing technical guidance and supervision of personnel, including, but not limited to, work monitoring, payroll records, leave, etc.
Is the central point of contact with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Contracting Officer (CO) / Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
Develop and maintain program management plans including the Staffing Plan, Quality Control Plan, Transition-In Plan, and Transition-Out Plan.
Manage the program for OLH Technical Services.
Maintain the appropriate staffing level.
Provide day-to-day supervision of employees.
Ensure that sufficient employees are present to accomplish the work.
Notify Government point of contact no later than 30 minutes after shift begins when employees are not going report.
Coordinate with COR on any overtime requirements.
Resolve discipline problems with employees.

Requirements:

US Citizen
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to pass a Federal Background Investigation.
Associates degree or its equivalent in Electronic, Software, Electrical or Mechanical Technology is required.
Ten years of experience managing electronics engineering activities and supervising a technical staff including technicians, and engineering support personnel is required.
Five years of experience providing direct engineering support for equipment and systems is required.
Two years of experience in electronic systems design is required.
Experience managing and providing engineering and technical support for National Airspace System (NAS) systems is highly desired.
Specialized knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) systems, equipment, procedures, and operations is highly desired.
