Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant to our Film Producer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the producer and the production team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our productions run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the producer's calendar and schedule appointments.
Handle phone and email correspondence on behalf of the producer.
Conduct research on potential projects, scriptwriters, and actors.
Coordinate meetings and manage logistics for film screenings and events.
Assist in the preparation of production materials, including scripts, budgets, and schedules.
Prepare and distribute call sheets and other production-related documents.
Handle travel arrangements and logistics for the producer and production team.
Organize and maintain the producer's files and records.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
