Sales Representative - On-Site Call Center

This position also earns a bi-weekly commission, in addition to the base pay, earning an average of $15 per hour plus bonuses for reaching goals. The hiring manager will review the pay in detail.
Monday to Friday schedule with 8 hour shifts occurring between 8 am to 5 pm.
Position Summary
This position handles Inbound and Outbound calls with businesses (B2B) selling spirit and other game related promotional items containing their advertising at local schools on game day. This position works on-site, in Durant, OK.
Position Responsibilities
Perform outbound calls.
Respond to inbound calls from businesses returning our call.
Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate documentation and updates in all required systems for each interaction.
Individual accountability for performance.
Seeking full-time availability.
Responsible for meeting weekly and monthly goals and quality standards through efficient and accurate work processes.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate or equivalent in relevant work experience desired.
Previous sales experience, in any industry.
Proficient personal computer skills and ability to type at least 30 WPM.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
Ability to prioritize and organize work.
