Job Description:
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma; 3 - 10+ years of related experience

Types of Minimum Required Skill Sets and Expertise:
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact professionally with clients, management, peer administrative personnel and department employees being supported.
Ability to organize, prioritize and perform activities directed by multiple personnel.
Ability to learn Client software systems including Maximo and Oracle.
Ability to learn Client accounting processes and procedures.
