Fellow (Awaji Youth Federation)

at Jobisite in Hyogo

AYF is a 9-month development program designed to provide young professionals with the opportunity to live and work on Awaji Island in Japan. Our program fosters cross-cultural exchange and develops leadership skills through community building, social entrepreneurship, and sustainable development.

We are currently accepting applications for our September 2023 cohort and are seeking passionate, English-speaking individuals with a score of TOEIC of 800 or equivalent, who are interested in creating positive change in the world.

Program Component

• Real-world experience: Work and support the ongoing projects at Pasona Group and gain hands-on experience in project management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Networking: Access to a network of experienced business leaders and mentors, as well as cultural exchange and networking opportunities with fellow from around the world.
• Game-changing ideas: Propose and prototype ideas for new project that align with the long-term vision and mission of Pasona Group, with access to necessary resources and expertise to turn ideas into successful ventures.
• Coaching and mentoring: Receive coaching and mentoring from experienced business leaders throughout the program.

Ideal candidate:
1. 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, event planning, project management, ideating new ideas, experience in startup and fast pace environment
2. Age 24-30
3. Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
4. English ability of TOEIC 800 or equivalent for non-native speakers. (Fluent both in speaking and writing)
5. Japanese language skill （JLPT N1-N3）preferable
