Full-time Restaurant Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Innovations Groups in looking for a Mandarin speaking Restaurant Manager for Crawfish Heaven Restaurant which is part of the group.

Relocation to Philippines required for candidates applying outside of Philippines.
Willing to work 6 days/week.

Work visa sponsorship available.
Accommodation and office transport provided.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring that health and safety protocols are adhered to.
Keeping a meticulous record of income and expenses.
Ordering ingredients in the correct quantities for the kitchen staff.
Communicating with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints.
Open and close the restaurant on time.
Managing and operating the restaurant
Analyzing the financial report, handling personnel and financial reimbursement matters;
Rotating through various positions in the restaurant in the first few months to learn and understand the operations.

Requirements:

You have good Mandarin communications skills
You have a bachelor's degree/diploma.
Min have relevant experience in restaurant preferred.
You have good interpersonal skills.
