We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst, Credit Risk to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID (3 days in-office)

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Works directly with the Credit Portfolio Manager (CPM) and Credit Division Head (CDH) in managing the credit risk of the Insurance portfolio.
Assist with oversight of quarterly reporting to senior management on the risk management performance and strategy of the portfolio.
Strong interest in Finance, Accounting, Credit Analysis and desire to learn.
Assists with the completion of credit assessment activities, including credit and transaction analysis, and borrower risk-rating reviews.
Contributes to the review/writing of the existing and proposed policies and procedures for the Insurance portfolio.
Assists with credit reviews or credit submissions and other related administrative activities and operations for the Insurance credit portfolio.
Preparing and analyzing ad-hoc reporting for the Insurance portfolio.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, both independently and in a team environment.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor’s degree in or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Requirements: 1+ years of total work experience preferred, specifically credit analyses of large institutional borrowers.
Insurance experience is preferred but not required.
Formal credit training preferred and/or assisting with the management of rapid turnaround of financial and industry risk analysis.
