The Investment Banking Analyst is a mid-level role that helps clients raise funds in the capital markets and provides strategic advisory services for financial transactions like mergers and acquisitions. They work closely with the Institutional Banking team and act as a mediator in client trading. The main goal of this position is to advise clients strategically, develop investment strategies, and raise capital on their behalf.

Responsibilities:
Assist senior investment banking professionals in client transactions, projects, and assignments as a junior team member.
Organize and analyze intricate financial data for client proposals and strategic plans.
Create written recommendations, valuation materials, and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals.
Conduct economic and financial research to gather market insights and intelligence.
Assess a company's financial performance in relation to industry and market trends.
Develop complex financial models for valuation purposes.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies while maintaining ethical and professional conduct.

Qualifications:
1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a closely related field of Business Administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Prepare and present approval memoranda for loan advances and warehouse lines of credit. Provide support to middle office, Risk, and CLO functions for client-related activities.

Proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Argus is a pls.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
