Content Creator Intern

Since 2014, Silver Phantom has been designing jewelry pieces crafted to the highest standards of quality of premium metals, beads, and leather and draw from the powerful symbols and imagery universal in tattoo art.
Silver Phantom Jewelry is looking for a Social Media intern which will help support our influencer program and propose/create social media content. They may be asked to be in touch with our third-party contractors (social media agency and photographers) to help with the project.

Goals and Objectives:
This is a two-part project helping the reach the Silver Phantom Brand on social media. KPIs for a 3-month internship duration are:
Influencer Management - The objective is to be able to partner with influencers who are in line with the Silver Phantom brand and expand our reach. The goal aims to support the brand image of Silver Phantom towards a younger demographic and create relevance in our niche of silver jewelry pieces.
Content Creation - The objective is to create relevant social media postings that are in line with the Silver Phantom Brand's communication. The goal is to have new posts on Tiktok, IG Reels/Stories, and YT Shorts per week, and community insights from these posts.
The content will be posted on top of the brand's regular posting schedule.
Tasks and Duties:
(1) Influencer Management - Intern will help support our current process of influencer outreach by recommending upcoming internet personalities which are in line with the brand and tracking the collaboration posts
- 10 influencers managed / month (proposal, tiering, tracking posts, and insights/post)
(2) Content Creation - The intern will propose and approve a social media content plan via monthly alignment. Afterward, they will be in charge of the creation, posting schedule, tracking, and insights of
8 content posts/per month or 2 content posts per week, not including onboarding week. (proposal, creation, posting, tracking, and insighting)
Coordination with the photographer will be necessary.
All will be reporting to Silver Phantom Brand Manager and/or South Street Designs CEO.
Duration: 12 Weeks
