Administrative Assistant Full-time

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks on a part-time basis. You will strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments from our clients. You should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently.

Duties of the Administrative Assistant include assisting in managing our company’s general activities in your region (USA/Canada)

Responsibilities
Act as the point of contact for clients in your region
Write email and correspondence memos
Contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
Receive payment on overdue accounts
Maintain contact lists
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status


Requirements
Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and scanners
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
