Key Responsibilities:
Compile and process freight documents accurately, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.

Review shipping and import/export documents to verify information and confirm details for seamless transportation.

Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination of shipments.

Assist in the preparation of customs documents, bills of lading, and other essential paperwork.

Maintain meticulous records of shipments, invoices, and related documents in company systems.

Ensure timely communication and resolution of any document discrepancies or issues.

Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is a plus.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs regulations is beneficial.
