🧭Become an Adventure Guide: Advise guests on finding the perfect listing, navigating the booking process, and maximizing their travel experience.
🤝Team up with : Hosts and guests, facilitate communication between them, ensuring clear expectations and a seamless stay.
✅Fill the gap: Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, working towards positive resolutions.
Working Details:
Type of support: phone, chats, emails
Working hours: Mon-Sun, 10 am 12 am, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day
