BIM Business Specialist (Remote/Part-time/Full-time)

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields

Responsibilities:
Develop and expand BIM-related business opportunities in alignment with the companys strategic goals, engaging global clients through online channels (video meetings, email, social media, etc.).
Liaise with clients to understand their BIM requirements, coordinate with internal BIM teams, and ensure smooth project execution.
Provide expert BIM consulting services, contribute to BIM solution development, and promote BIM adoption across design, construction, and facility management.
Leverage remote collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack) to facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Support BIM-related marketing initiatives, including online campaigns and industry engagement, to strengthen the companys market presence.
Qualifications:
Educational background in Marketing, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; candidates with relevant BIM experience are also encouraged to apply.
Experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) is a plus.
Strong remote communication and client management skills, with proficiency in video conferencing and instant messaging tools for international collaboration
Proven track record in business development, with the ability to identify and secure new BIM opportunities.
Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
Existing client networks or prior experience in client relationship management is highly preferred.
