 Online Chat Representative - WFH

				Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused Online Chat Representative to handle inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues through live chat. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints.
Process orders, returns, and refunds as needed.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions.
Document customer interactions and feedback for record-keeping and improvements.
Meet performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an online chat role.
Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and clarity.
Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM software, chat platforms, and customer support tools.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in e-commerce, tech support, or related industries.
Multilingual abilities.
