Job Description:

7+ years of experience in Agile Way of Working
Current State Process Mapping and Target State Solution definition experience with complex global claims organization payment process
Ability to independently lead requirements workshops and document business/IT requirements
Work closely with business area liaisons, Payment Hub (One Inc) to scope and determine needs regarding Claims payment processes and functionality.
Create business requirements, current state to target state process mapping, in alignment with change management procedures, throughout the life of the project.
Documents new or revised processes and procedures that result from project efforts- Drive Business / IT Workshops, Demos, UAT
Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the overall IT Claims Payment landscape.
Follow process standards and able to handle the end-to-end requirements.
Payment SME with 10+ years of experience in Commercial Claims.
Pega CBA certified or experience in Pega Payment workflows
Commercial Claims Life Cyle knowledge including end to end Claims Payment Process, Treasury, Payment Hub in Insurance (One Inc), Payment Channels, Disbursements, Payee Information Platform, Master Data Management.
AGILE Certified Product Owner
Knowledge on Pega is a plus
Strong working knowledge of SQL and RDBMS
Demonstrate resourcefulness, time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
MUST HAVE:

7+ years of experience in Agile Way of Working
10+ years of experience in Commercial Claims.
Payment SME with 10+ years of experience in Commercial Claims.
Pega CBA certified or experience in Pega Payment workflows
