The Signature College of Nursing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse/Midwife Educator to join their faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring nursing students, ensuring they meet the required standards for professional practice
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging and effective teaching materials and lesson plans.
• Implement and evaluate teaching strategies that align with curriculum goals.
• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to students in clinical placements.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the development of the nursing curriculum.
• Participate in research activities related to nursing education.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of B.N. Sc (Nursing) with RN/RM. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Computer literacy is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teaching skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to excellence in nursing education.
