The Signature College of Nursing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse/Midwife Educator to join their faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring nursing students, ensuring they meet the required standards for professional practice
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging and effective teaching materials and lesson plans.
Implement and evaluate teaching strategies that align with curriculum goals.
Provide clinical guidance and supervision to students in clinical placements.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Contribute to the development of the nursing curriculum.
Participate in research activities related to nursing education.
Qualifications:
Minimum of B.N. Sc (Nursing) with RN/RM. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Computer literacy is an added advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teaching skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to excellence in nursing education.
